Giorgio start is apprentice at the age of 14 years in a family restaurant near Bologna. Push by the passion for cooking, Giorgio worked is way through some of the toughest kitchens in Italy and Europe ,working in major deluxe hotels and Michelin star restaurants, such as Luc Figueras in Spain and Alain Ducasse in France. After several years as corporate executive chef for Hyatt Hotels and Ys Table International, Giorgio finally land in Taiwan opening Osteria, offering a genuine and simple approach to Italian cuisine.
Patrick culinary adventure started back in 1996 in family Trattoria restaurant on the beautiful Tuscany hilltops. Intrigue by the art of cooking Pat acquiring experience in famous restaurant and hotels around Italy. Patrick a newcomer on the asian food and beverage scene, bring to Osteria authentic regional flavors cooked with the respect of the traditions. Buon Appetito!
