Giorgio start is apprentice at the age of 14 years in a family restaurant near Bologna. Push by the passion for cooking, Giorgio worked is way through some of the toughest kitchens in Italy and Europe ,working in major deluxe hotels and Michelin star restaurants, such as Luc Figueras in Spain and Alain Ducasse in France. After several years as corporate executive chef for Hyatt Hotels and Ys Table International, Giorgio finally land in Taiwan opening Osteria, offering a genuine and simple approach to Italian cuisine.
Giorgio14歲就開始了廚師生涯,曾服務於國際級豪華飯店及米其林星級餐廳,並曾擔任Hyatt集團亞洲區的行政總主廚。目前是Osteria by Angie的總監也是合夥人之一
Patrick was born in Tuscany, surrounded by the magic of Mugello's hills. As a kid, he was always intrigued by food and showed a strong passion for cooking. Inspired by the cooking tradition of his family, Patrick chose to become a chef and was enrolled at Vercelli's "Cooking and Hospitality High School". While attending school, he also filled his portfolio with different restaurants and luxury hotels in Portofino, Venice, and Vercelli. At age of 22, he became the captain chef of a small restaurant in the center of Turin.

Since Osteria by Angie was opened untill now, Patrick served as chef, simple but with quality style cuisine widely loved by everyone, you will find the fresh local ingredients and flavors of Tuscany origin from his dishes. From Guang fu restaurant to Dazhi restaurant, and then the newly opened Piazza, our executive chef Patrick let more and more people began to fall in love with Italian style and authentic delicious food!
派翠克出生在托斯卡尼,一個被幕杰羅山脈包圍著的城市。從小派翠克就對烹飪與食材擁有濃烈的熱情與天分。受到家族傳統烹飪史的的啟蒙,派翠克開始踏上了成為一位專業廚師的夢想之路。就讀於Vercelli's Cooking and Hospitality High School的他,求學期間也至波托菲諾,威尼斯,韋爾切利等城市各大餐廳與飯店兼差。年僅22歲時已在杜林的一間餐廳擔任主廚一職。

Osteria by Angie開幕至今,派翠克即擔任主廚,簡單卻富有質感的料理風格廣受大家喜愛,從他的料理中發現當地最新鮮的食材以及托斯卡尼原始風味的蹤跡,從光復店到大直店,到新開幕的Piazza,我們的行政主廚派翠克讓越來越多人開始愛上義式風情及道地美味!
